This was a long email for me to read, but I’m glad I read the whole thing! I mean, it’s from the U.S. Department of Foreign Assets Control for crying out loud! Excuse all of the exclamation points, I’m just so excited!
I’m not sure why there’s an apostrophe in the last word of the third line in the header or why the new UK prime minister is not mentioned by name, but nevertheless, you can tell this is legit based on the email account. I guess the government realized how powerful Google is and decided to change all of their secure .gov email accounts to gmail. I use Google all of the time, I understand! No complaints here! LOL!
I always dreamed of receiving this kind of inheritance, except I always hoped it would be presented to me in a more official manner, like maybe through a certified letter or a knock on the door by Ed McMahon. I’m a little naive to think that the government would communicate these kinds of mandates via electronic mail. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. After all, have you seen The Minority Report? The government is really high tech these days. They probably don’t even know what U.S. Mail is anymore.
With improper grammar such as, “…we have noticed that people have being asked to pay outrageous amount of money,” it looks like the U.S. government Department of Treasury could use an editor. Not only am I lucky, but I know opportunities when I see them.
I’m so glad that the courier is giving them a bulk discount from $320.00 to $150.99 because I only have $151 in my bank account. Is this perfect or what? Fate is fate, baby. To think that I was SO close to not being a millionaire!
I won’t be able to eat for a few weeks, but I’ll let my incoming check tell my stomach to quit being so selfish. Lol.
I’m thankful they highlighted the $170 in savings. It made me realize what a great deal I was getting. I think Terri Bradson missed her life calling as a marketer. It was almost as if they were selling me something. But I know if this were fake, they would be asking for a lot more.
If you want further proof this is legit, copy and paste the tracking numbers on FedEx’s website. You’ll have a 50% success rate because only one shows a delivered package. Maybe the second person couldn’t afford the costs after all. Sucker.
I’m a little curious as to why Jeannie Michael goes by V. Quyet and why she had her inheritance delivered to Hanoi, Vietnam. Oh, I get it. An offshore bank account! Genius!
